Woman stabbed to death in Anamnagar



KATHMANDU:   A woman has been stabbed to death at Anamnagar in the capital.

The deceased has been identified as 33-year-old Parwati Khadka of Bansgadi municipality-9, Bardiya, currently staying at Anamnagar.

Critically injured Parwati, who was rushed to Civil Hospital, Baneshwor, died in the course of treatment.

Meanwhile, police have arrested the deceased’s husband Ajaya BK, 36, on the charge of murder.

A preliminary investigation of the police shows BK attacked his wife Parwati with a sharp weapon over a minor dispute.
