NCC Chairman Shrestha suggests to ease lockdown

KATHMANDU: Chairman of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) Rajesh Kazi Shrestha has suggested the government to ease the lockdown by adopting various security measures to prevent from COVID-19 to ensure operation of business and trading houses.

Shrestha gave the suggestion to Chief District Officers (CDO) of Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur and security officials on Thursday.

He said that all the three CDOs have taken these suggestions positively.

It is said that during the meeting, the CDOs said that they would make a new modality to ease the lockdown by adopting various security measures for the control and prevention of lockdown.
