Two hoteliers held for operating flesh trade in Banepa



KAVRE: Police have arrested two hoteliers on the charge of operating flesh-trade in various places in Banepa.

Acting on a tip-off that a flesh trade was underway in eateries and hotels, police arrested Naresh Timalsina of Hotel Trishuli Khajaghar of Banepa Municipality-8 and Rajiv Manandhar alias Raju of Hotel Sagarmatha and Guest House of Ward no. 7.

“Timalsina, who originally hails from Mechinagar Municipality-7, was arrested along with a girl on the charge of operating flesh trade,” said Police Inspector Yogendra Timalsina of Area Police Office, Banepa.

He further said that they are investigating the case after taking Timalsina, Manandhar and three girls under control.

Manmaya Tamang alias Chandani, the partner of Raju, is at large, said police.
