Writ petition filed against Land Revenue Office



SURKHET: Advocate Sher Bahadur Khatri has filed a writ petition against the Surkhet District Land Revenue Office.

The writ petition was registered at the High Court Surkhet.

According to advocate Khatri, the writ was filed as the service seekers were troubled in getting services provided by the office.

The district administration office, CIAA, Birendranagar municipality, province government, office of the chief minister and council of ministers were named as the defendants in the writ petition.

The hearing on the writ petition is underway today. RSS
