Chitwan records one more coronavirus death

BHARATPUR: Chitwan has winessed one additional COVID-19 death on Saturday.

According to Durga Neupane, the public relation incharge of Old Medical College Chitwan, a 35-year-old  man of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-15 died while undergoing treatment at the hospital.

He was admitted to the hospital for the treatment for liver-related ailments on October 1.  The swab test carried out at the hospital showed him coronavirus positive on October 2.

With this, the number of deaths from the coronavirus has reached 23 in Chitwan district till date.
