One injured after under-construction wall of Dharahara caves-in



KATHMANDU: A person was seriously injured when an under-construction wall near Dharahara in Kathmandu caved-in.

A dozer driver Bishnu Kumar Shah, 23, was injured in the incident.

According to the Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, Shah was crushed along with the vehicle when the under-construction wall fell.

Chief at the Metropolitan Police Range, Shyamlal Gyawali, said that Shah has been taken to Maharajgunj-based Teaching Hospital for treatment.

The Dharahara, damaged by the Gorkha earthquake’ is currently under construction.
