BARA: The Armed Police Force arrested a man in illegal possession of drugs from Khudiyatola of Bishrampur Rural Municipality-3 in the district this morning.
A team led by Inspector Narayan Singh Aire held Dhananjaya Yadav of Bishrampur-3 while smuggling drugs to Nepal from India, said Superintendent of Police of APF Digbijaya Subedi.
The police confiscated 600 Nitrazepam tablets and 147 Corex bottles, he said, adding that the arrested one has been handed over to the police.
Investigations were underway, said the district police office’s Spokesperson Gautam Mishra.
