4, 032 die of COVID-19 in France



KATHMANDU: The death toll in France has reached 4, 032 to become the fourth largest country in terms of the number of deaths by the coronavirus.

According to the latest figures collated by the Worldometer, the novel virus has killed 4, 032 and infected 56, 989 in France so far.

A total of 10, 935 among those infected have recovered from the virus.

According to reports, the condition of 6, 017 among 42, 022 who are currently undergoing treatment is critical.

COVID-19 has claimed 47, 267 and infected 937,130 people across the world as of Thursday afternoon.

The novel virus which first broke out in Wuhan City of China last December has spread to 203 countries.

A total of 195, 143 people have recovered after treatment.
