Death toll from Sunsari road mishap climbs to four



SUNSARI: The death toll from Sunsari road accident has climbed to four. According to police, one passenger died while undergoing treatment taking the death toll to four.

Three persons were killed on the spot when a bus and a microbus collided head-on at Titruwan of the district on Sunday morning. Eight others have been injured the mishap.

The deceased are Hem Raj Koirala of Kathmandu and microbus driver Deepak Khadka. The identification of two others killed is yet to be ascertained.

The mishap happened when the microbus, Ba 5 Kha 3157, heading to Inaruwa from Itahari and the bus, Na 6 Kha 795, heading to opposite direction collided head-on.
