NC leader Bishwokarma’s health gradually improving



KATHMANDU: The health condition of former minister and central committee member of the Nepali Congress (NC), Min Bishwokarma is improving, Grande Hospital sources informed on Monday.

According to Dr. Chakra Raj Pandey, the Director of Grande Hospital, the health condition of NC leader Bishwokarma undergoing treatment in a ventilator since Saturday has improved today.

“His health condition is improving. While providing oxygen saturation 42, it’s now 90-92 today,” Dr. Pandey elaborated, “Although his other organs are functioning well, it’s not time to celebrate good health yet.”

NC leader Bishwokarma who had tested coronavirus positive on October 17 had been in home isolation for nine days unless his health further deteriorated.

 He was treated in Bir Hospital for three days and citing the case got further complicated was shifted to Grande Hospital where he is being treated on a ventilator.
