DADELDHURA: Amargadhi Municipality in Dadeldhura district has given Rs 200 daily allowance for food to those people under quarantine.

Chief Administrative Officer of the municipality, Laxmi Raj Upadhyay, said that every individual was given Rs 200 each day for food as per the municipality’s decision taken on May 27.

This is applicable to those taking meals from their houses while residing in the quarantine facilities in the respective wards since the municipality was not capable of feeding all and the quarantines there were already crowded in
Dadeldhura Multiple Campus, Mahendra Secondary School and others.

A total of 17 quarantine facilities have been constructed in municipality’s 11 wards where 628 individuals are residing. RSS
