Four places in Nepalgunj sealed after first coronavirus case



NEPALGUNJ: Four places in Nepalgunj have been sealed after finding one coronavirus case.

According to the sources, a 50-year-old male of DSP Road, Mahendra Park is found coronavirus positive.

Bikash Devkota, the Spokesperson at the Ministry of Health, said the infected man is in Bheri Hospital. He is being taken to Sushil Koirala Prakhar Cancer Hospital.

According to Chief District Officer Kumar Bahadur Khadka, after finding one coronavirus case in Nepalgunj DSP Road, Ward No.8 Mahendra Park, Dhamboji Chowk and Ekleini area are sealed to prevent the transmission.

According to sources, the infected person had been visiting the mosque at Mahendra Park from his residence at DSP Road.

After finding a suspected coronavirus case in a young man living in a mosque at Dhamboji, the area is sealed.
The youth is also taken to the isolation at Khajura based Cancer Hospital. His swab has been sent for the PCR test.
