Petrol, diesel cheaper by Rs 10 per liter



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has slashed the prices of petrol and diesel by Rs 10 effective from Wednesday midnight.

With this adjustment, while petrol is priced at Rs 96 per liter in Kathmandu, diesel and kerosene will cost Rs 85 per liter.

However, the prices of cooking gas, aviation fuel and kerosene have remained unchanged.

The adjustment has been made because of the decrease in the price of petroleum products in the international market owing to the coronavirus pandemic.
