ILAM: Two people have died in a road accident at Lumde of Fakfokthum rural municipality in Ilam district.
The deceased have been identified as Dinesh Limbu of Mai municipality-9 while the identity of the other is yet to be ascertained, informed Nabin Raj Rai, the chief of District Police Office, Ilam.
The accident took place when the ill-fated van, Ko 2 Cha 15, ferrying vegetables from Ranke to Damak, Jhapa met with an accident at Lumde of Fakfokthum rural municipality.
Sachin Rai and Bikash Tamang have sustained injuries in the accident. They are undergoing treatment at Ilam Hospital.
