283 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in ICU, 78 on ventilator support

KATHMANDU: A total of 283 COVID-19 patients in Nepal are undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and 78 have been put on ventilator support.

According to the Ministry of Health, 29 persons are undergoing treatment in ICU in Province 1, 11 in Province 2, 180 in Bagmati Province, 15 in Gandaki Province, 39 in Lumbini Province, four in Karnali Province, and five in Sudurpaschim Province.

A total of 12 in Province 1, 58 in Bagmati, two in Gandaki Province, five in Lumbini Province and one in Sudurpaschim Province are on the ventilator support.
