264 Nepali migrant workers repatriated today

KATHMANDU: Five charted international flights from and to Kathmandu were conducted via Tribhuvan International Airport today.

In these flights, 264 Nepalis were repatriated to Kathmandu while one flight took place from Kathmandu abroad.

According to TIA sources, 138 Nepalis arrived here via Nepal Airlines aircraft and the same aircraft flew to Kuwait.

Similarly, Himalaya Airlines aircraft came with 126 passengers from Doha while Air Arabia landed here with cargo.

It is stated that the NA aircraft is leavening for Japan this midnight and will return bringing Nepali migrant workers from there.

The TIA added that different aircrafts made domestic chartered flights in the country today.
