Petrol price hiked by Rs 2 per liter



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has hiked the price of petrol by Rs two per liter with effect from Tuesday midnight.

The retail price of petrol in Kathmandu will be Rs 107 per liter after the price hike.

The corporation adjusts the price on the 1st and 16th of the English month. The corporation has stated that the price of petrol has been increased as per the purchase price list received from Indian Oil Corporation on September 1.

The prices of diesel, kerosene, aviation fuel and LPG remained unchanged, the corporation said.
