Govt employee caught red-handed with bribe



KANCHANPUR: Kharidar (non-gazetted second class) at Land Management and Land Revenue Office, Kanchanpur has been arrested red-handed with Rs 50,000 bribe.

A team from the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) arrested kharidar Lalita Rokaya with the bribe money.

Rokaya had demanded the bribe from a service seeker for facilitating the transfer of land ownership.
