PM, ministers sign agreement of performance

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Oli today urged ministers to devise a formula in a bid to eliminating corruption and adopting integrity.

PM Oli urged them and the people working under them to be upright, fair, transparent and active.

Speaking during the presentation of an annual action plan for the fiscal year 2019/20 as well as the implementation agreement signing program at his office in Singha Durbar today, PM Oli suggested the ministers to not create a situation in which ministers have to put their heads down in front of their subordinates.

He also urged them to maintain integrity while asking ministers and secretaries to expedite the pace of work.

The Prime Minister also expressed the hope that the works would speed up since the ministers have already signed an agreement on action plan implementation with him.

Stating that the agreement of performance has been signed between the Prime Minister and the ministers, PM Oli said that he now believed that the pace of work will definitely take a momentum.
