UDAYAPUR: An 11-year-old child drowned in local Lalari river at Thaliya in Katari Municipality-8 in Udayapur district on Tuesday.
Harka Bahadur of Katari-8, son of Ganga Bahadur Pulami, was swept away while swimming alongside his four friends, said the police, adding that the body of Harka Bahadur was sent to a hospital for a postmortem.
