KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport is mulling laws to regulate Tootle and Phathao services.

Ministry Spokesperson Shivahari Sapkota informed that though people were provided service by the Tootle and Pathao, there was a security concern.

With the law in place, relief amount to the persons facing accident and passengers insurance would be included.

At a time when the made traffic jam is commonplace in the capital city, the Tootle and Pathao service have been a popular choice to reach the destination on time.
