KATHMANDU: Chairman of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal is leading a 60-member jumbo team of the party to China.

On an invitation by the Communist Party of China (CPC), Dahal is embarking on the visit to the northern neighbor on December 10.

Leaders said that the visit is part of an agreement reached between the parties in Kathmandu and during the recent visit by Chinese President Xi Jinping to exchange visits.

In September, the parties had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for mutual cooperation establishing what has been said ‘brotherly relations’.
