RPP Chair Thapa recuperating

KATHMANDU: Chairperson of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Kamal Thapa, who was injured while competing in a tennis competition as part of ITF Shenzhen Seniors Circuit 2019 in China is recuperating.

Thapa is currently receiving care in China following problems in muscles of his legs, thighs and back, according to the party.

RPP Chair Thapa won the first round of the match but left halfway after suffering the problem.

He had left for China on October 25 to participate in the tournament. He is scheduled to return home on Thursday.
