Two killed, 30 injured in Dhading road mishap



KATHMANDU: Two persons were killed on the spot and 30 others were injured when three vehicles collided at Benighat, Dhading on Sunday.

Police said that mishap happened when a bus Lu 1 Kha 9079 heading to Lumbini from Kathmandu and microbuses Ba 3 Kha 1004 and Na 2 Kha 4567 collided.

The deceased is identified as Shyam Kumar Shrestha, 27, of Mahadevsthan, Dhading. A woman killed in the mishap is yet to be ascertained. The dead bodies have been kept at Gajuri Hospital.

The injured are undergoing treatment at different hospitals in Dhading.
