13 Biplav cadres arrested in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: Police have intercepted a protest staged by the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav-led outfit and arrested 13 cadres.

They were arrested from Pradarshani Marga in the Capital city on Sunday afternoon.

The student wing of the outfit had staged a protest against border encroachment.

They have been kept at Nepal Police Club.
