Man found dead in Kavre



BANEPA: A man has been found dead in the road at Bahaltole in ward no. 5 of Chaurideurali rural municipality.

He has been identified as 48-year-old Prabir Oli, working as a daily wage laborer in the locality, according to police.

Oli was a permanent resident of Sanobheri rural municipality-8 in Rukum district, DSP at the District Police Office, Kavre, Dipak Giri said.

He is suspected to have died of cold following excessive drinking on Friday night.

Oli had been working as a daily wage laborer in the post-earthquake reconstruction of houses taking place in various parts of the rural municipality, according to ward no. 5 Chair Raj Kumar Gautam.

Further investigation into the incident is underway.
