BUTWAL: A non-gazetted officer (Khariddaar) Jeevannath Pandey and paralegal Kamal Pandey have been arrested with a bribe.

Acting on a complaint, a team from the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) arrested them while they had received Rs 120,000 in kickback from a service seeker.

The duo had demanded the bribe from the service seeker for facilitating ownership transfer and providing a land registration certificate.
