Fugitive convicted of forgery lands in police net after 3 yrs



KATHMANDU: A man on the run after being convicted of forging government seal has landed in police net after three years.

Police arrested fugitive Kamichan Rajbangshi of Bhadrapur Municipality-7 on Thursday said Police Inspector Mohan Thapa, Information Officer of District Police Office, Jhapa.

On April 3, 2017, District Court, Jhapa had slapped him with a one-year jail term along with a fine of Rs 50,000 on the charge of forging government seal.
