KATHMANDU: The government has increased grant for buying fertilizer by 50 percent, Minister for Finance Yubaraj Khatiwada announced while unveiling the budget for fiscal year 2019-20 on Wednesday. The budget has allocated Rs 9 billion as grant for buying fertilizer. Earlier, Rs 6 billion was allocated as a grant.
