Budget allocates Rs 7.39 billion for Melamchi Project



KATHMANDU: The government has aimed to complete the remaining works of Melamchi Drinking Water Project in the coming fiscal year. Unveiling the new budget, Minister for Finance Yubaraj Khatiwada informed that the new fiscal budget has allocated Rs 7.39 billion for the project. The budget has allocated Rs 43.86 billion in drinking water area.
