Woman killed, two injured in Dadeldhura jeep mishap



AMARGADHI: A woman died and two others sustained injuries  in a jeep accident that took pace at Bhageshwar Rural Municipality-4 in the district on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as 63-year-old Manmati Devi Chand of Patan Municipality-7, Baitaid, District Police Office, Dadeldhura confirmed.

The accident took place when the ill-fated jeep, M 1 Ja 210, heading to district headquarters Amargadhi from Dewaldibyapur met with the accident at a turning point, said police.

A total of 16 people were travelling in the jeep. The injured are undergoing treatment at Dadeldhura hospital, according to police.
