‘3 among those killed in explosion Biplav’s military commanders’



KATHMANDU: Three among the four killed in bomb explosions  on Sunday evening have been identified as military commanders of Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand Biplav, a report in Rajdhani daily said.

Biplav-led NCP, in a statement, has said that it would make public the facts how the incidents took place on Sunday evening.

According to police, those killed in the explosions are Dipesh BK alias Bibhuram of Kalikot, Gokul Rana Magar of Babai Rural Municipality, Dang, Nirantar Malla, whose address is yet to be identified, and Prajwal Shahi. Shahi died in the Ghattekulo explosion while BK at Sukedhara.

Biplav outfit had announced the nationwide strike after its cadre was killed in a police action in Bhojpur few days ago.

The government has acted more offensive on the Biplav outfit following a serious of bomb explosions that went off in course of improvising while some exploded as planned on Sunday night.

Meanwhile, Home Ministry has kept all security forces on high alert to preempt untoward incidents.
