KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Wednesday certified three bills endorsed by both Houses of the Federal Parliament.
The bills, Public-Private Partnership and Investment Bill-2075, Bill designed to amend Special Economic Zone Act-2073 and Bill designed to amend and integrate laws related to Foreign Investment and Technology Transfer-2075 have been certified, according to the Office of the President.
The President certified the bills in accordance with Article 113 (2) of the Constitution.
