KATHMANDU: Brigadier General Bigyan Dev Pandey has been appointed the new spokesperson of the Nepal Army.

Pandey replaces Yam Prasad Dhakal, who has been transferred as the head of the 2 number battalion in Hile, Dhankuta under the Eastern Division of the NA, according to the NA Public Relations Directorate.
