Eight die in Arghakhanchhi bus accident



ARGHAKHANCHHI: Eight persons died when a bus met with an accident at Sandikharka-6 of the district this afternoon.

The bus bearing registration plate Lu 2 Kha 2148 was heading toward Butwal from Sandhikharka, the district headquarters of Arghakhanchhi, when it fell some 200 meters down the road, according to Surya Panthi, ASI at the Narepani police post.

Around 15 passengers have been rescued so far and sent to the hospital.

More details are awaited, police said.
