Think positive, focus on gratitude

A healthy positive attitude will help to build a healthier immune system. It also boosts overall health, according to research. Since your body believes what you think, focus on the positive.

Eat plenty of vegetables

Consume five servings of vegetables a day, be it raw or steamed. This will reduce the risk of developing cancers of the colon, lung, cervix, breast, esophagus, bladder, pancreas, stomach, and ovaries.

Go for veggies with the most powerful phytonutrients such as cabbage, broccoli, carrots, grapes, tomatoes, and leafy greens.

Exercise daily
