KATHMANDU: The government has recommended the promotion of five Lieutenant Colonels of Nepal Army (NA) to Colonels.
A Cabinet meeting held on Monday decided to that effect, Minister for Communications and Information Technology Gokul Prasad Baskota said during a press briefing on Thursday.
