Biplav outfit claims responsibility for bombings



KATHMANDU: The Netra Bikram Chand Biplav-led outfit has claimed responsibility for the bombings in Kathmandu that claimed the lives of four people.

Issuing a statement on Monday, the outfit said its four leaders and cadres were killed in the explosions.

The party added that the nationwide strike called for today was successful.
