Tamang becomes Sikkim’s new CM

GANGTOK: President of Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) Prem Singh Tamang, 51, takes oath as the new chief minister of Sikkim on Monday, media reports said.

Popularly known as PS Golay was administered the oath of office by Governor Ganga Prasad at a function at Paljor Stadium today.

Meanwhile, some ministers of his cabinet were also sworn in along with Golay. He was elected as the leader of the SKM legislature party recently. (Agencies)
