One killed, other goes missing in separate incidents



MYAGDI: A man died while the other went missing in separate places in the district.

A man was electrocuted to death at Malkwang in Dhawalagiri while the other went missing after falling into the Misrtrikhola in Annapurna Rural Municipality-4.

The deceased has been identified as 51-year-old Padam Bahadur Chhantyal, a local of Malkwang. Chhantyal died due to electrocution while he was climbing an electric pole to replace a holder of a bulb.

Likewise, Bhabindra Garbuja of Jaljala Rural Municipality-5 fell into the Mistrikhola while he was hunting for hornets’ nest in the confluence of Nirgiri and Relekhola, said District Coordination Committee member Mekh Bahadur Garbuja.
