Govt to work towards capacity building of players: Minister Magar



BHIMDUTTANAGAR: Minister for Water Supply and Sanitation, Bina Magar today stated initiatives would be taken for the capacity building of athletes and players.

Speaking on the concluding ceremony of the Prime Minister Cup Women Cricket National Championship at Bhimduttanagar in Kanchanpur today, she emphasized on initiating a new dimension to protect and manage the youths and athletes.

Minister Magar said it is high time an environment for the overall development of sports and youths be created towards building a prosperous Nepal.

She also honored winner and the runner-up teams with trophy, cash, and medals. The winner of the championship Armed Police Force has been awarded Rs 500,000 and trophy. Likewise, the runner-up Far West received Rs 300,000 and a trophy.
