Spoons, screwdrivers recovered from man’s stomach



NEW DELHI: Doctors were taken by surprise as they recovered spoons, screwdrivers, toothbrushes and a kitchen knife inside the stomach of a 35-year-old patient.

Doctors in Mandi’s Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Government Medical College were shocked after scanning the patient.

They operated him and extracted 8 spoons, 2 screwdrivers, 2 toothbrushes and a kitchen knife from the stomach. Doctors believe the man was mentally ill.
