NRA concerned over resignation by technicians

KATHMANDU: The National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has said its attention was drawn towards the resignation tendered en masse by technicians working for reconstruction of physical infrastructures damaged by the Gorkha earthquake.

A cabinet meeting has already decided to implement the demand including additional service and facility to the technicians to be effective from last August and office-bearers of Nepal Engineer’s Association were already been informed about this, reads a press release issued by NRA on Friday.

The NRA also directed all technicians to involve in reconstruction activities immediately.
