POKHARA: The Gandaki State Assembly has passed the Bill Designed to Establish, Manage and Operate the Gandaki University today.
A meeting of the Gandaki State Assembly endorsed the bill by a majority.
Social Development Minister of the State Government, Naradevi Pun had earlier presented the proposal seeking passage of the bill along with the report of the Legislation Committee.
Meanwhile, Assembly members from the Nepali Congress had voted against the bill.
