National Assembly unanimously passes two bills

KATHMANDU: The National Assembly (NA) meeting has unanimously endorsed proposal seeking deliberation on State Police, Operation, Monitoring and Coordination, and Police Adjustment and Nepal Police 2076 bills on Sunday.

The bills were presented to be sent to the Legislation Management Committee for clause wise discussions.

NA chairperson Ganesh Timalsina tabled the bills.

Meanwhile, Minister for Home Affairs Ram Bahadur Thapa had earlier presented the bill. The NA will meet at 1:00 PM on August 29.
