MUGU: Police have arrested two cadres of the Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav-led outfit.
The arrested are district committee members Raj Bahadur Bham aka Udaya, 36, of Soru Rural Municipality-6 and Gokarna Shahi alias Aakarshan, 43, of Khatyang-11.
