Putin and Kim meet in Vladivostok



MOSCOW: North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-un and Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday have met for their first ever summit.

They shook hands on the Russky Island near the port city of Vladivostok — Russia’s far east.

The duo are likely to denuclearization, however Kim is also said to be seeking support after talks with the US did not materialize results.
