XI’AN, China: President Bidya Devi Bhandari, who is on the State Visit to China at the invitation of her Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping, arrived in Xi’an on Wednesday.

She was welcomed at the Xi’an Xianyang International Airport by Vice Governor of Shaanxi Province, Nepal’s Ambassador to China, Leela Mani Paudyal, Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Hou Yanqi and other high ranking officials of Shaanxi Province.

President Bhandari is scheduled to participate and address ‘the 2nd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation’ scheduled on Thursday.
