KATHMANDU: Police have arrested 175 foreigners on various charges in the last nine months. According to a record maintained by the Nepal Police headquarters, 113 foreigners – 109 men and four women – were arrested on the charge of drug-trafficking.

Similarly, 19 individuals were arrested on the charge of rape while 15 landed in the police net on the charge of arms and ammunition case.

Likewise, three were held on murder case, nine on attempted murder case, eight on robbery, two on abduction, three on human trafficking, three on the charge of transporting explosives.
