Media Council Bill will be amended: Nembang

KATHMANDU: Deputy Leader of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Subas Nembang has vowed to rectify the errors in the  Media Council Bill.

Nembang said that the Bill will be amended through the parliamentary procedure. Talking to journalists, Nembang said, “The Media Council Bill was tabled in the parliament, leaving me in the dark. Our attention has been drawn towards it.”

He further said that the Bill will be amended in line with the constitution.
